Over the past 4.5+ years, I’ve been building production software across web, mobile, healthcare, education, and interactive 3D applications. My journey has taught me that great software engineering is about more than writing code. It’s about solving real problems, designing reliable systems, and creating experiences that people can depend on.

What I Do
I specialize in building full-stack applications using React, React Native, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern web technologies.
My work spans responsive web applications, cross-platform mobile apps, backend APIs, real-time synchronization, and complex interactive interfaces. I particularly enjoy solving challenging problems involving concurrent updates, scheduling, and application performance.
Some Projects I’m Proud Of
DiveThru — Mental Health Platform
I contribute to DiveThru, a Canadian mental health platform, developing features across its web application, mobile app, and admin console.
My work includes therapist matching and rematching, scheduling, and therapy session management, with a focus on delivering consistent experiences across platforms.
Acquire Learning — Clinical & Educational Platform
At Acquire Learning, I worked on a cross-platform system serving more than 500 active users across web and iPad.
One of the most challenging parts was developing a drag-and-drop scheduling system with collision detection and real-time WebSocket synchronization. The goal was to keep schedules consistent across users and devices, even when multiple people made changes simultaneously.
Cricket Connections — Sports Booking Platform
I built features for a sports training and booking platform used by more than 300 players and coaches. The system included location-based coach discovery, Google Calendar integration, recurring sessions, and booking conflict detection.
MessMate — My Own Product
Beyond client work, I built MessMate, a mobile application designed to simplify shared household management through meal tracking, expense splitting, duty management, inventory, and real-time communication.
Building my own product has helped me understand the complete software development lifecycle, from designing user experiences to implementing backend systems and delivering a working application.
My Engineering Philosophy
I believe in building software that is reliable, maintainable, and useful in the real world.
That means thinking carefully about architecture, handling edge cases, optimizing performance where it matters, and collaborating effectively with designers, product managers, and other engineers.
I also believe in continuous learning. Technology evolves quickly, and staying curious is essential to becoming a better engineer.
